If you have purchased a product from us that is not cut fabric and you are not happy with it please get in touch to sarashi.net@gmail.com within 1 week of receiving your order. Delivery costs will not be refunded unless a product is faulty.

Natural fabric will often have small slubs within the weave. And Fabrics which are woven from natural fibres have characteristics and other irregularities in the yarns. Those are not considered to be a fault but part of the charm of the fabric. If you have any queries do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help and advise.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
